The subject property is a 7,433-square-foot facility sitting on 3.16 acres located just off U.S. Route 82, also known as Strong Highway. There are over three years remaining and the lease includes two, five-year options to renew.

El Dorado was first recognized as the heart of the 1920’s oil boom of south Arkansas.
