The subject property is a 7,500-square-foot facility sitting on 3.15 acres located off U.S. Route 412, also known as West Henri De Tonti Boulevard. There are seven years remaining and the lease includes two, three-year options to renew.

Springdale is the fourth-largest city in Arkansas. It is located in both Washington and Benton counties in Northwest Arkansas.
