Youngsville is approximately 14 miles south of Lafayette, Louisiana. There are over nine and one-half years remaining on a Triple Net (NNN) lease with three percent annual increases, as well as three, five-year options to renew which also include three percent annual increases. The facility was constructed in 2018 and features a pre-finished metal exterior walls. There are two heated indoor pools and one drive-in door.
